Our proprietary Autonomous AI Agents are designed to identify elite talent from publicly available professional sources and private networks. The data collected may include:
- Full name and professional contact details.
- Employment history, education, and technical skill sets.
- Publicly available professional profiles and technical portfolios.
- Any information provided during the Talent Briefing or interview process.
3. Purpose of Processing
Kyntal processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Identifying and vetting candidates for executive search assignments.
- Facilitating introductions between candidates and clients.
- Maintaining a record of professional technical talent within the AI market.
- Managing client accounts and invoicing.
4. Data Accuracy and Verification
While our Agentic Search Architecture is designed for high precision, we perform human-in-the-loop verification to ensure the integrity of candidate data. Candidates have the right to request a copy of the data we hold or to be removed from our search architecture at any time.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Candidate data is only shared with clients who have engaged Kyntal for a specific search assignment and have agreed to our strict confidentiality terms. We implement robust technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access or loss.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil our recruitment and talent advisory obligations. If a candidate is not placed, we may retain their profile within our architecture to notify them of future opportunities, unless they request deletion.

8. Jurisdiction
